My consignement dated 13.04.2011 send from new delhi to manipal has been stuck in bangalore all this while.my consignement number if 115076381. i had called up the customer care people at bangalore, but no help was forthcoming, rather they said it was send to manipal on 14.04.2011. i called up the mnipal person and he said he has not received the parcel till date. i dont understand, what is this. you had said it would be delivered in 3 days, butmore than a week has elapsed and yet i have not got my parcel.kindly look into the matter and deliver my parcel to me without any further delay.
