Information of registered post delivery

I have sent registered post to 1.Ravindra fire works 261/4 Gangagiri road sivakasi on 19-03 byRLAD A 253 OP-Code: DKP from Distt. GUNA (MP) 473001 and 2.sri Arumugam fire works sri arumugam bhavan 212/ ammankoilpatti middle street sivakasi (Tamilnadu) on 19-03 by RLAD A 254 OP-Code: DKP from Distt. GUNA (MP) 473001 . But till today (20-04) I have not recieved the AD or post undelivered. I want the delivery certificates of above both the registered post for judiciary purpose.
