Vide AWB no. 303977845 I sent a book from Hyderabad to Kutch (via Amdavad, Guj.) Village Rayan Pin code 370465 by On dot Couriers and Cargo Ltd. on 23 dec. 08. Still it is not delivered. Complaints over net are not responded at all. It was a handwritten manuscript and if that is lost, my one month work will be lost. Hope Ondot management will look in to the matter urgently and solve it.
