Not delivering on date

This is Naresh Babu Palle. 3rd April Sphinx World Biz had sent to me (P.NARESH BABU, S/O P.NARASIMHULU, H-NO-1-968, DAASARAVEEDI, GOOTY, ANANTAPUR DIST, and A.P). It dispatched to Anantapur on 4th April. But until now (11th April) not yet dispatched. Even if I complaint about this to higher authorities, they are not responding properly, not giving right information, Due to this company I have suffered and mentally disturb. So I request to this forum, Take right decision with in little span of time, so that no one can experience this once again
