Dear Sir / Mad'am,
It has been 20 days and neither the courier has reached its destination nor it has returned back.
Despite of many complaints to the booking agent in Lucknow no action has been taken.
The said courier's website is also not functional. I even tried sending an electronic mail (mentioned on the website) to them but no such email id exists.

Date of Consignment: 20-06 (June 20th).
Place of Origin: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Name of Receiver: Champa Gupta
