A packet was booked at Ambala on 17-05-10 wide Doccument number: -61244746.

Till date it is not delivered at Dehradun. The packet bears Name, address

and contact numbers but no one contacted in case of any difficulty.

We visited twice at the office at Rajplaza Dehradun. They say the packet is

not tracable. There is very poor response at the office at Dehradun.

Now on tracking myself I reached here. My complaint is why no one called me in case of any difficulty in finding the location. The contact numbers are very clearly mentioned on the packet.
