ONDOT Couriers and Cargo Ltd
Courier not delivered

Hi,

I sent a urgent courier from OnDot Couriers and Cargo Ltd.(AWB no.*226898273*) on 8/Feb, Sunday at 2.00 p.m.from Pune to Bhubaneswar with an assurance that it will be delivered on 11/Feb, Wednesday but it has not been delivered yet.

I have called the concerned person several times whom i gave it (Mr. Navnath Choraamle, 09604424257), but got an irresponsible reply. The contact number of the person concerned in Kolkata office (09861033912) is also wrong. i tried to call the Pune manager (Mr. Amit, 09970500640) but he is not recieving the call. I am extermely dissappointed by such an ynproffesional and irresponsible behaviour. I want some immediate action to be taken againest the organisation.
