On dot Couriers
Courier not delivered after 14 days & no response to complaints

Dear Sir,

We had sent a packet to Tata Cummins, Jamshedpur, by On Dot Courier, Date 18/4. The packet has still not reached Jamshedpur. Tracking shows that the packet is still at courier's Kolkatta office. In spite of repeated enquiries with the agent at Nashik and e-mail to the company nothing happened in last 8 days. No one picks up the phone when numbers mentioned in the website are dialed.
