We have logged the complaint for our television fault to the Onida call center; the complaint number is 2436380486 on dated 7 jan 09. We have extended the warranty period of our television set and our warranty number is 0813942, since it is almost 7 days passed from the date of complaint launched and we have not received any feedback from the Onida service centre. Every day we used to call the Onida Service and call centre but we get the assurance that the service engineer will visit to attend the problem by today but the fact is that the TODAY of the service person has not yet came. We are getting the same answer over of days, but could not see the actual action from the Ondia.
