Poor services

Dear sir,

1. I have purchased onida 29 inch TV in 2007. six months after the purchase it developed some problem and stop functioning.

2.I complaint the same to the dealer at " DRISTI VISION" the auth dealer and from whom i'e purchased the same. The TV was repaired but with a DUPLICATE part which developed some problem after one month.

3. Presently the TV is with the repair centre for the last 4 months and we are devoid of watching TV for the past 4 months.

4. WHEN WE CONTACTED THE DEALER HE PURPOUSFULLY KEEP TELLING US THAT COME AFTER 1-2 WEEK .THIS IS CONTINUED TO BE HAPPENING TILL DATE. THE DEALER IS FOOLING US ABOUT THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE TV.

4. you are requested to repair the same at the earliest for better customer satisaction.
