I have bought a new Onida 1 ton a/c in the month of may from the date of purchase it had been full of repairs and problems instead of this i have made several complaints but they are not bother to take immediate reaction .they are not bothered about customer satisfaction basically i think they are all lazy int their activities.after several complaints they came to repair they made but it worked only for two or three days again it started the same problem.i have made decision that not to buy Onida product any more.
