Ac is not working

I have purchased a split AC of Onida company from Sales India, Ahmedabad. This AC is not functioning properly from the day one. I have frequently complained to Sales India for the same. They people assured me to replace the AC but since 29/04, they are not replacing the AC to me. Please solve my problem at earliest.
