I have an onida ac which is over 2 yrs old. Arround more than a month back I had registered a complaint that my ac is not fuctioning properly. After repeated reminders a technician comes to my place and says that the circuit has to be replaced worth Rs. 1800/- and also the wind flap had to be replaced worth Rs. 450/-. I asked him to do the needfull. He came the next day and replaced the circuit and said that the flap is out of stock. He charged us approx. Rs.2500/- (for circuit Flap Service chrgs). No receipt was given for this payment made to him. He said he would receive the flap within the next 4 to 5 days and he would then come and replace the flap and also give the reciept for the total amount mentioned above. Since then this tecnician has not yet turned up (Almost 2 mths now). We have been repeatedly following up with the tecnician and our dealer but the reason given to us is that they have not yet received the flap. I have 2 Acs of Onida. This is realy a very pathetic service i Have ever come across from a reputed company like Onida. I would never go for this brand ever in my life nor would i recomend it to any body. If this is the service provided by your co in this competetive markets speaks a lot about your attitude towards customers. I regret my decision to go for an ONIDA Product.
