I had a complaint on Onida window air conditioner which I had logged in a complaint on 23rd May. The complaint no. is 09060456382645. The complaint was registered and we were told that the technican will attend us in 24 hrs. But the technician named Mr Salim landed on saturday and told us that their is a leakage in the A/c and it has to be taken to the factory and then it will be repaired. He told us that the A/c will be picked up on Monday fro our house. But when no one turned up we called up Mr mane and he tells us that the pick-up of A/c will not be done before Wednesday. The customer guys are making fool of my parents who are senior citizens and no one wants to take any heed of the same.
The same complaint was raised in the month of Feb and it was repaired after 15 days and the A/c was delivered to us on 5th march.
