I bought a onida Blackbeauty PC 21 microwave oven on Febrauary 5th 2009 from Gemini Electronics Kakinada. After 1 month of use on 6th of March the door got burnt for more than an inch.the complaint was lodged on 11th of march at the Rajahmundry service centre with a complaint number 3750. wihtin a week the technician came and said it was a manufacturing defect and the door will be replaced with in 20 days. but no action has been taken till today though we are contacting them for evey 3 days and a complaint was also registered through e-mail on onida website. If it was known that tge service of onida is so poor i would not had gone to buy it. N.Sushma
