Dear Sir,
My ONIDA TV suddenly in October went blank and the service engineer Mr Raturi (from ONIDA Service centre, Mohini Road, Dehradun, Uttrarkhand) ) came to our house and took a part from the TV with a promise to come back within 48 hrs either with the required part or give a stand by TV if there is a delay in procuring the part.
This was on 21.10. Now with more than 100 days passed and with more than two dozen calls to Mr Raturi and ONIDA Service centre, Dehradun (India), our TV lies un repaired really like an idiot box in our bedroom.
Mr Raturi response is the same very time that it will be done within 02 days but with no result. I cant understand why such engineers are kept by the service centre who are unable to attend the complaints.
And now if I create a scene by going to his service centre, you will say that customers do not have patience. I just want to know what sort of After sales service is being provided by ONIDA.
