Unfortunately i purchased one power convection 20 dlx of your company about 7 months ago just to land up in a mesh . now i find all details of consumers help lines are bogus and those numbers does not exists neither i could get any update on the net. henceforth i will strongly recomend others not to buy any onida products to ruin your hard earned money.
