I possess an Onida color TV 21 Black. It is under EWC (extended warranty which I purchased). On 25th July evening my television stopped working. I have lodged a complaint on 26th. Technician attended the complaint. he identified the problem and told he would be able to resolve problem within 2-3 days. Thereafter I called various time. He told me he will send technician today, he will send technician tommorow.
I am fed up with their answer. But no solution.
