Hi,
We bought a T.V. around a year and half back. The T.V. does not display anything and is left blank and the power light switch shows red in colour which should be green during normal conditions.
This problem has started roughly two months from the time of purchase. And when we complianed regarding this, the service centre people replied that it requires around 10 days to get repaired, but even after that the problem is persisted till now.
We had given complaints and the T.V. has been repaired for 8 to 9 times. But still no sign of improvement.
It is really a horrible experience and is a headache each time to take the T.V. to the service centre site.
It is my humble request can any one suggest any opinion regarding this.
