I gave my onida mobile f 910 for service on 25/07 at 12.57 p.m. which was received by VIMALA.

problem with my mobile is 2nd sim not working & suddenly gets switch off. mobile purchase date is 27/10/09.

on 11/08, at 4.00 p.m i gone to the service centre to receive my mobile. but they denied to give my mobile saying that it is not ready as the equipment has not yet received from the main office & it may take some more days.

does it take 18 days to repair a mobile phone.?? & they said some software problem is there in mobile.

i dont understand why did they told me get back your mobile after 2 days when i gave it for repai
