Dear Sir/Madam,
Two month back my ONIDA TV giving problems i.e when powering on the tv blue screen is coming then i tried to connect DVD player to the tv that time also same problem. Afterthat i was complaint to the ONIDA authorised Services Dealer (Sakthi Networks, Ottery, Chennai). But they are not reponding immediately they are send the engineer after 2 weeks and the engineer came take the motherboard for servicing. He told that time, it will ready another 2 or 3 days. But till now the board was not ready. Moreover dailly i called the service dealer they not respond properly and they are not give proper response. This will hate me lot. Moreover this TV under warrenty (ONIDA TV purchased Last year November only). I need the New TV immediately. This TV not working for the past two months. Still they are telling the same story (spare is not available for your motherboard).
The ONIDA Service Centre is not takecare and not listening the customer problem.
