Dear Sir,
I have purchased the above said A/c on 8/4/09 from M/s Gala Electronic, Malwani No.1, Malad (West) and installed at 12/4/09. When checked on 14th, neither cooling nor getting switched off the blower with remote. I have gone thoroughly with the product where I found that the manufacturing of the said A/c is 21/03. You are well aware that the age of a/c is only 5-6 years and 3 years has already been elapsed. The complaint registed Onida. Visited technicians and given report for replacement. from 15th April, 09 giving assurance by Mr. Mane, Mr. Vasant, Mr. Ahmed and the owner of M/s Gala Electronics that the same will be replaced with new one, but till date, only I am receiving assurances, not a/c reasons told that the product is out of stock. I have requested to replace with another one and ready to pay differential price. But, only assurances are receiving. The summer season is on the peak and product purchased is all in vain. kindly look into the matter. Your prompt action is highly appreciated.
