Whlie making the pruchase your Sales person had promise three years of undisturded after sales service & regular maintainance but since the begining we have none so far despite complaining number of times to the Ambeiance Mall Reliance Digital store from where we have bought the split a/c

We do hope that this soft mail will wake the Reliance Digital guy to be more Customer oriented and come to our home to service our a/c asap
