Poor customer service

I BUY AN SPLIT AC MODEL NO S118TFL3 FROM NEHA ELECTRONICS 3, SHER SINGH MARKET, NAYA BANS, SECTOR 15 NOIDA ON 16.05.09 WITH INVOICE NO. 223. AFTER 25-30 DAYS GAS IS LEAKED AND AC IS NOT WORKING. WE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND EXECUTIVE TOLD US ABOUT LEAKAGE. THEN WE ASKED FROM OWNER OF NEHA ELECTRONICS. BUT TILL DATE OUR PROBLEMS IS NOT SORTED OUT. WE ARE SUFFERING FROM LAST 1 WEEK. AND I WANT THAT HE REPLACE THIS AC OR IF NOT REPLACING THEN WRITE ON HIS LETTER HEAD THAN AFTER FILLING OF GAS THIS WILL HAPPEN IN 1 YEAR THEN HE WELL CHANGE THE AC.
