I got married on 16th March and we got a Airconditioner from chellamani & Co It was a 1.5Ton Onida Split AC, from the day it got installed the Swing is not working properly and there is also some kind of sound coming from it, we went to the vendor and complained he said once goods sold its for us to contact the company directly and get it cleared. We got the customer care number of Onida from Back of our Bill copy, the Number 044 66783000. As soon as i got the number started trying the number since April 12th finaly i got the line on April 30th, I logged a Complaint and the executive assured me on Phone that it will be rectified before May 3rd, But since then iam calling them regularly but not getting any response, after so much of struggle the customer care Executive gave me the Number of the Service person to intract directly and during all this i want to mention, non of the executive were able to spk any other language other than Tamil.
The complaint Number Given to me on April 30th was 96381652, the service person Number was9941009801 Mr. John Vargeesh, i spoke to him, he said it will be done on the same day, Again this person never was decent to spk to a customer, but even after that no body came to rectify the fault, frustrated i again called the service perosn but he refused to answer any of my calls, i again called the Customer care Executive on 15th May but till date no one even responded with a call to my complaints
My only advice to the public is never go for a ONIDA Product coz only there advertisements are good but there SERVICE IS Worse.
never ever go for a ONIDA Product.
