Not providing membership benefit

Dear sirs,

I have purchased holiday voucher from affordable sales promotions pvt. ltd. (claiming india today group co.) last year in March.

My Booking ID is 1621932072438. Name: Pragnesh Saraiya

In this holiday voucher i have to pay Rs.7000/- on the time of purchase and at the time when i want to go for holiday booking pay more Rs.750/- with request form with details where i want to go and on which date.

My membership ends on end of the march this year and i have send holiday request form twice with Rs.750/- on Jan12. they did not call me as they promised to do that my booking is confirmed or not.

I have called after a week they told me your form is not properly filled so they send me another form via my email id.i have freshly filled form as they told me to and sent on Jan. 27. still no reply.

The serious matter is now their phone line is not responding. only voice recording system works for 1 min. and hang up the line. i am calling them continuously but same thing happens.

please give me guidance to deal with this people
