NON repair of ac inspite of AC still in warranty period

I purchased a 1.5 ton split AC from Pinky Electronics SCO1113 Sector 22 B Chandigarh on 18/06 vide invoice no.5784.Despite my AC still in warranty period They are not repairing my AC despite my repeatedly calling them. KIndly look into the matter.
