I brought a onida television yrs ago. last month in december my television got repaired as there was some fault in viewing the channels. this fault was repaired and the repair amounted to rs 1600. but from the very next day the condition of t.v. got even worse.we were not able to view other channels also. earlier it was not so bad but after the service the condition has got worse. we are not able to view t.v. itself now.on 7th jan i launched a complaint about this problem.. from that day onwards till today i.e. 20-01 there is no response from the company. till today no technician has come to service the t.v... i naver expected such response from such a reputed company... my complaint no is 96380302.. every day when i call the service center they just say that the technician will visit definitely today... i m waiting till today.. if the fault dint repaired today then i m going to take action against them.
