I contact the company authorised servicing center at ERNAKULAM on 16/07 for servicing my T.V.The guarantee period is already covered. They told me that the servicing technician will immediately contact you and rectify it. After three days today morning I contact again the center for the complaint. Today they told me that the technician will contact you on monday only. The problem is that the same complaint had arised within two years repeatedly. So I contact the servicing center.
