Audio related Service Isuue

I am following from last 4 month regarding the Audio Problem of My TV Onida KY thunder. I have got the extended warranty... But this people are lease bother the rectifiy and resolve my very small problem, What i have understood, is that they dont have professional Staff, who can resolve in the techincal issue.. on this call center people are very bad manage.

I am lauching complaint, after giving proper no. of warning..
