History: i bought onida tv POISON THEATRE 2 years back.i went under insurance scheme on jan.on august 9 we heard a sound from the back of the tv and called the service engineer he told ther is a problem with LOT and it will be replaced from the onida service centre in rajahmundry, east godavari district, ANDHRAPRADESH.iam fed up with doing regular calls to them several times.today it is 23 august but of no use.pls do the needful help
