Today is 18th august evening and it is not yet delivered, It carries rakhi which was on 16.08.08.
I had couriered the Rakhi through AFL Pvt. Ltd.(Courier Co.) on dt.05.08.08. vide Docket No.114483247082 Dt.05.08.08. Firstly I had contacted to Mr. Jitender Sisodiya (Teritorry Manager) on dt.11.08.08. He said, that courier has already deliver to Mr. Lawrance. Then I again contact to my Brother in law and he said that there has nobody named Mr. Lawrance.
Then I had contacted to M.Jitender on dt.12.08.08 and enquired about the matter, then he said that courier not carried proper address and contact no. but I told him that I had written proper address and mobile no of my brother in law.
Now, he said that he send the packet for redelivery. But still courier has not delivered by them. Now rakhi packet is useless after the festival.
I want to say if they can not give the service, why they commit. And what is the significance of courier service if the packet can not delivered on time.
I want a proper compensation. Because of this my wife is so harassed for rakhi not reached to his brother on time. This is first time in her life and she blaming me for this.
I request you kindly look into the matter and solve the complaint.
