Efund of hotel booking

I had booked hotel through Yatra.com on 24th April

paying Rs 6286 via credit card. The booking is confirmed and I get receipt via email with confirmation no. On 29th April, Mr Rahul Pande calls me and tells that the concerned hotel is full and my confirmed

reseravation is cancelled. He promises full refund. I receive refund of

only Rs 622.20 from yatra on 6th May.

Consequences: I had planned a holiday for 4 days from April 30, which got cancelled at the last minute ie April 29th. I could not get reservations due to holiday season. This caused me lot of mental anguish. I logged complaint with yatra multiple times through email and phone calls. I have spent my energy trying to get my money back.
