Reliance has a call centre and they are just dummies who can just forward complaint... Not a single person from Relaince Money has called me for sorting out a transactional Issue, for a complaint given on 26th of Feb...

Call centre chaps are just a mere shields... they are guys who can just guide on how to buy a share and how to sell the share on internet buit are not empowered to take a small decision...

I chose this crap over icicidirect as ther was a small waiting period for the later..but i relaise it was a mistake...

I thought i will give it another 3 days and see if these guys are customer sensitive...

I hope junior amabani is listening!
