I have worked in Aircel (Madurai) deputed by Ontrack Consultant & Services, Sai Sruthi Complex, Coimbatore, from the period of 03.03.2008 to 17.09.2011 as a Business Analyst, I left from that organization due to better opportunity got @ Chennai. I have requested for my PF amount (with legible filled up form & SBI account no & Xerox copy of the account) in the month of Feb'12 through Ontrack Consultant & services (Ms. Merlin – 8012517171 HR executive of Ontrack). My PF account no is: 722803035 & 722802103, once I verified with Ms. Merlin she replied that my PF is processed & amount will be credited on 24th of May’12, but the amount is not yet credited in my account, regarding this daily am following with Ms. Merlin she says the same answer that amount will be credited within 2 to 3days, for past 3days they are not even responding my call. Once I confirmed with PF office (Coimbatore) representative of the office said that my PF forms have been rejected & returned back to Ontrack Consultant & Services, the same I verified with Ms. Merlin but she said the form is not rejected & she never received such forms from PF office, regarding this concern, I have registered a compliant via online to PF complaint box (Coimbatore PF office) with entire details on 11th of June’12 & moreover I received a reply mail that your complaint is registered & complaint no for PF No: 722803035 is ROCOI/E/00341, PF No: 722802103 is ROCOI/E/00342 & both the complaints will be get resolved by Sh. M.P.VARGHESE (office in Coimbatore PF office) but today (13.06.12) I have received a sms from BZ-EPFO @ 11:26am stating that for PF account no: 722803035 (form 10C) form is received on 12.06.12 & it is under process. Note: for another PF account: 722802103 still yet I haven’t received any sms or mail from PF office & still yet I never know what’s the status of that account. I have submitted my PF forms (for both the PF account) by Feb’12 first week itself but I received sms on 12.06.12 that your PF form is received & it is under process (whether it takes 4 months to receive that form from Ontrack to Coimbatore PF office?). NOW I REQUIRE THE ENTIRE DETAILS OF BOTH OF MY PF ACCOUNT. WHERE THE FORM IS & WHEN THE AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED IN MY SBI ACCOUNT & WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY PF ACCOUNT?
