within a month of using the pump, it started giving trouble, it was not lifting the water to the over head tank in our society with G plus 8 floors. the tank which is on the terrace. I orally gave the complaint to the Kamal Sales Corporation the dealer, the dealer in return gave me the complaint no.0903003067 telling me that the complaint will be attending by another service centre named Nitin Electrical from Dombivli, Thane. A person Nitin Electricals came to my place checked the pump but he could not diagnos the trouble properly. And i am very sad tell you that he did not take any responsibility to repair the pump. And to this day neither the dealer nor any person from the service centre care to repair the pump. I please request you to consider my complaint and attend it at the earliest as we are facing the water problem due to the faulty pump.
