R / Sir / Madam,

I, Vikas Bansal, want to inform you that I have taken a loan of amount Rs. 12 lacs on the name of Mrs. Shakuntala Bansal, Pramod Bansal & Vikas Bansal through M/S Optimum Financial Services, Chandigarh and my loan account no. is 14012782. I have taken that loan for purchasing the plot and for construction also. During construction, I want to take some additional loan on that property and for this I contact your authorized franchisee M/S Optimum Financial Services, Chandigarh and send all the required documents that are being demanded by M/S Optimum Financial Services, Chandigarh in the month of Feb. 2009. After that M/S Optimum Financial Services, Chandigarh demands more and more papers from me, the account statement of our personal accounts are being demanded by M/S Optimum Financial Services, Chandigarh so many times through out the period. So now I wants to know that your approved franchise, M/S Optimum Financial Services, Chandigarh, have no idea about the required papers or documents, so that they demands more and more papers and above all they are not in a position to give me an answer. So now I requested you to sanction my above mentioned loan as soon as possible.
