Respected Sir,
I have already brought to your kind notice that Mr. Oscar Raymond has suggested the account number 320497989004000 and the name of Accenture SAS for the Cost of Transfer of $9, 900, 000.00 USD in my favor via HDFC, MUMBAI. In addition to the above amount, I have arranged $5, 100.00 USD through my Barrister Mr. Stuart Connor which was confirmed by Mr. Oscar Raymond already. I have repeatedly been informing Mr. Oscar Raymond that Accentue SAS has already with drawn $7, 085.00 USD on 10th September but he has challenged me to prove it by a TRACER REPORT. Accordingly I have obtained the same and sent to Mr. Oscar Raymond whether he is supporting the action of Accenture SAS or he wanted to delay transfer of Funds in not known to me but, it is a fact that Accenture SAS has proved to be a cheat and he has done Fraud as per Bankind Terms.
If Accenture SAS has embezzled the money and for that Fraud Mr. Oscar Raymond is to be held responsible since for sending the money, informing me that he is the official of the African Development Bank Lome-Togo
I request you not to delay the transfer of funds in my favor since you may suggest that the balance of $2, 085.00USD ($5, 100.00 USD in my credit with African development bank) may be deducted from my $9, 900, 000.00 USD due to me since I cannot any more money on this account.
If Accenture SAS is a Fraud and cheated the African Development Bank along with Mr. Oscar Raymond I am not responsible for it.
If Accenture SAS has committed the crime that too with the Bank where he is working, It is the reponsibility of Mr. Oscar raymond to pay $2, 500.00 USD to the African Development Bank, on my behalf to arrange transfer of funds immediately, keeping it aside the serious official proceedings to be enforced against the concerned officials as per Law of the Land.
