Msg from orange INTL draw

I recieved msg from TA-OTDC that "your mobile number has won $3, 000, 000 in the ongoing orange INTL draw" but there is no complete info to contact to get the prize money i was only given with pin number, if this msg is true then give me complete info on my e-mail address if false dont send this kind of msg again.
