Granity office is closed. They have not paid the owners of Indrinagar building from many months. Now the office doesnt exist anymore. All the contact numbers are invalid. Their lawyer Mr. Lakshmana mentioed that he is not responsible for any updates given by Granity as he doesnt know Granity ppl whereabouts.
So Granity duped all the investors. Only possible option to pursue is the MArketing Arm "Orange Properties". Here a new story begins as it is looking impossible to get the money back and if you try hard they challenge you to go to court.
So dont keep dreaming about the legality of the document you have got verified from your lawyers.
