Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I had booked a flat in the Orange Premium apartment in the month of October. The day I booked it I paid INR 20, 000.00 as token advance. But, after three months I had decided not to go for the same property. Hence, I gave a written application for the cancellation of the flat to the Orange Property. Orange Property agreed to return me the amount deducting 30% of the same as was in the agreement. I too agreed and they gave me a PDC for 28/04. But, the same PDC was dishonoured due to insufficiency of fund. I have already informed about this to the Orange Property. There after Orange Property requested me to give it more time till 12/05 and promised that it would transfer the amount to my account without fail. But, today (on 12/05) also the company is showing its inability to pay me due to insufficient balance. I am attaching the mail-chain between me and Orange Property after the 1st payment failure.
Kindly advice me how should I proceed in this matter.
