I have booked Orbitrek Elite for my father, at Kaloor branch ernakulam... They took my order and told me that they will deliver this at my place the very next day... Next day i cancelled all other programmes and was waiting for them till evening... later when i called up they are saying the product is not send from there office.. [ they never tried to inform me about the same] and they will deliver it to me next day by 12 PM... Now when i'm calling them they r saying they have 'nt send it yet... And was arguing with me about why they haven't delivered it yet... I cancelled it and told not to send it... He is saying he will deliver it to me next day... Which sounds very irritating...
I 'm fed up with this stupid people who dont have any value for other's time...
