i have bought a LG KG 195 MOBILE FROM MOBILE STORE for internet purpose. I asked them how can i surf internet through this mobi. But they replied u have to recharge card for net by eg. After recharge a setting will be come form ur selected company (Hutch, Airtel) etc. Then u have toset setting& forward that sms. Then u can easily use the net.when i followed their procedure after 3 days i couldn't use my mobi for internet. I was thinking that server must be down therefore i can't using. Thus after 5 days i went to mobile store. They asked did i followed which they told the procedure? I replied. And they replied yes thats right & they also checked my settings in my mobile.after long discussion they mentioned that did u install driver? I was ignore about the driver because first time i have taken to use so how would i know the procedure to browsing & driver cd? Then i request to them to arrange the software. They adviced that u have to DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER FROM NET.I replied i am ignore about browsing & download. Then we have no cd driver & wouldn't help u. You have to arrange another place. Then i didn't say anything to them.

I want help to have the driver. I live at HABRA dist-N 24 parganas. Also i want the correct solution. In my intend that such this type of shop souldn't give business licence & sould take strict step to them.
