Subject:- Complaint against misbehavior / physically push / threaten to slap by a staff
Namely Mr. Anil Pandit.
Respected Sir,
I Mahesh Agarwal would like to draw your kind attention regarding the above complaint mentioning below word to word which happened on 30th May
Sir, I requested to mr. Anil pandit as sir please let me know that how many lives covered in my agency no.1929914, because 28th May my agency is ending.
Reply of mr. Anil pandit was that wait for some time, and I was waiting, suddenly he told me in uncivilized manners that if you are running your agency for 12 lives then you should leave the agency we are very much troubled and LIC is also not interested in agents like you, so I said if it is troubling you then leave it, he said yes it is troubling me, then I asked him his name, he got angry and started shouting saying that my name is Anil Pandit and you can do whatever you want to do and don’t come to me again in future get out from this office, and I told him why are you getting angry I will not come to you in future after that he came to me and started shouting loudly and pushed me harshly, then I told him that don’t do this but he dint kept quiet, then I went towards B. M cabin, but he came to me again and threaten me that you should go from here other wise I will slap you, then I told him do you want to hit me, he told me yes and raised his hand and said that I will slap you, is it not a criminal activity which took place in government office by a educated staff all the officers was looking at this after that some officers came to me and took me to B.M cabin and told me that anil pandit is a member of big union
That time B.M was not in the office he was in the meeting, then I went to head office and met to Madam Manju Bagga she listened to me nicely and regretted and called B.M and I explained him the matter again in front of madam he was shocked to hear this, then we both came to the branch, he ask me to wait till he talk to anil pandit after some time he called me his cabin, he ask me to close this matter here, then I ask that he should say sorry in front of entire staff because all this happened in front of all the staff, and that time all over India label union leader was present there I am not sure of his name but I think his name was mr. More then B.M tried to explain me that whatever he said was for your favour so don’t misunderstand him he have come from other branch to do the work of four people because they are on leave and he is also on leave but he is working on our request, that time I was helpless and shocked because they twisted the words and asked me to forget the behavior and physical touch and forced me to shake hands and he said that we all are like a family, but I was not ready to shake hand as he refused to say sorry in front of every one, after that mr. Anil pandit and union leader went out from the B.M cabin, then I demanded complaint book from the B.M.
Sir I am not blaming any one except mr. Anil pandit but I want to know whether it is right on his part to behave like this, is it not a criminal activity and do every one have the authority to shout and ask the agent to leave the agency if you have don the minimum business, if it is right then forget it otherwise reply me soon.
Hence I request you kindly look in to this matter because this is a very serious matter I will be awaiting for your valuable reply.
