Motor Insurance claim

Hi,

My father had Tata Indica Turbo, insured by Oriental Insurance, shivpuri MP branch.

Unfortunately my father met with an accident and he passed away after 3 months of prolonged hospitalisation.

I picked the car from the spot and kept it at one of Tata's service centre, We had submitted an estimate of 2.8 Lacs, however the surveyor accepted damage of 1.8 lacs only. and at the end he just passed 1.32 lacs as claim.

This is almost half of what was estimated, this resulted in poor service and faulty parts in the car.

I want to file a case against Oriental Insurance.
