I have resigned & releaved from 04.10.2008 & I have also submitted my P.F. withdrawal forms (for both employer & employee contribution) but I haven't received the amount related to employer's contribution towards pension fund (8.33%). This fund is with the company's own provident fund scheme. In reply they are saying that you can not withdraw this amount. Will you please help me out?
