Issue sending scraps

Dear sir/madam

Posting to this user has been temporarily disabled and Addition of friends has been temporarily disabled.

I can access my orkut profile. But whenever i want to add any friend suddenly an error message comes that Addition of friends has been temporarily disabled and whenever i send any scrap to any body who is not in my friend list an error message comes that Posting to this user has been temporarily disabled.please help me... I am facing this issue from last couple days...

plz do any needful...
