I HAVE BSNL PREPAID CONNECTION OF 49 PER MONTH

BUT ON THIS PHONE I CANNOT ACCESS NET

I ALSO COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY CAN'T SEND ME SETTING OF THIS PHONE
