I had taken an ortel internet connection at Bhubaneshwar, Orissa. Their service is too bad! I am paying Rs 583/- every month towards internet charges, but the internet service is available only on a few days (Fullmoon day or new moon day). Inspite of regular complaints also the situation remains un changed.
Their customer service personell just ask my membership no (351148) and assure that the service will be restored soon. My problem is not solved.
