PF deducted from the employees but not paid to the PF office

I am an employee of a company and the company has reduced the wages by 2o% without a notice. Did not pay the entire months salary in the last month. They just paid 50% and will not pay the rest.

i worked here for 18 months and they were deductind an amount for PF but they did never create an account with the PF office and have not been paying to the PF office.

Kindly suggest what can i do in this case to get my money?
